TEEN TRAINING

Teen Strength Clinic

Fitness is important at all ages, and we are here to support your teens when they are ready to use our Fitness Center. We offer free strength training classes to make sure that our teens are learning proper form, staying safe, and having fun! For those who prefer one-on-one attention, we offer a free orientation & consultation, as well as continued personal training for a reasonable fee.

Teen Strength Training

The Teen Strength Clinic is designed to educate, build confidence and empower youth to live healthy!

(60) minute sessions focus on 1- 2 muscle groups each day and are led by a certified personal trainer.   Ages 13+. FREE to members.

Orientation & Consultation

We offer a FREE orientation & consultation for teens who are just starting out. A one-on-one session with a trainer will teach your child how to work out safely and effectively while learning that fitness is fun.

Personal Training

We have personal trainers who specialize in sports-specific training, weight loss, injury rehabilitation and more. Teens can benefit greatly from one-on-one training to address their specific needs.
