Join our Group Weight Loss Challenge
  • 6 Week Program:  September 16 – October 25, 2019
  • Teamwork!! Build a team of 4 people to help you stay on track while having fun! No team? No worries, we’ll match you with a group.
  • Weigh in with your team on our freight scale — all for one and one for all!
  • Weekly challenges will be offered through our Wallingford Family YMCA mobile app
  • Receive individual assessments, including a pre- & post- body composition (weight and body fat %)
  • Receive recommendations on daily caloric intake plan, healthy meal ideas & portion size
  • Top Team Wins a Prize!! YMCA T-shirt and Small Group Training
  • $60 member/$75 non-member
