Today is a great day to join the Y. When you join in January, your only cost for the month is the number of the day you join. Join on January 2, and pay $2. Join on January 10, and pay $10. Monthly rates will not apply until February.

Effective January 7, 2022 

Masks are REQUIRED while inside all YMCA facilities & programs with this exception: If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear masks while taking part in a group exercise class or actively using cardio equipment & swimming. However, we strongly recommend those who are fully vaccinated to continue to wear a mask. If you haven’t been vaccinated yet, find a local vaccine clinic

In 2022, members will be able to pay for personal training monthly, just like your membership. Get 30 or 60 minute sessions for one, two or even four

Your reservation has has been moved to GroupExPro and the class is still happening. New Year - New Programs - New Ways to Get ResultsOur new personal fitness classes start January 10! TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
