Parent-Tot Gymnastics
Age: 18 months to 3 years with parent. Children in this class learn to follow directions, improve balance, develop gross motor skills, gain strength and build self-confidence. A great way to spend time with your

(ages 3-5)
This program is designed to give your preschooler the basic skills of soccer,
basketball, and baseball. They will spend 2

Youth Basketball (ages 5-9)
This program is designed to build basic basketball
skills and develop a sense of teamwork
and game awareness. New skills are introduced weekly as the players build
up to game playing situations.
