Mom/Pop & Tot Gym & Swim (Ages 1-3)
This program is designed to give parents and primary care givers an opportunity to help their child learn and grow through games, free play, and swim time. The program provides socialization for your child and an excellent opportunity for meeting other parents. After the gym portion of class, children and parents will change into their bathing suits and spend quality family time in our heated Teaching and Therapy Pool. Water toys are available for use during class!

Preschool Dance Classes (Ages 3-5)
Introduce your 3-5 year old to the joy of Dance! Our new instructor is eager and ready to give your child a great introduction to Ballet, Tap, and or Jazz.
The Y’s emphasis is on a positive learning environment and one that combines rhythm and coordination. Fun is on the top of the list!

Preschool Gymnastics (Ages 3-6)
This class introduces the basic skills and movements
required in gymnastics. The children will learn how to do a forward and backward roll, different
skills on the balance beam; the basic understands
of jumping on the vault, these are just a few. There is an emphasis on developing and improving coordination, flexibility, and strength in a safe and fun environment.

Pee Wee Sport & Swim Spectacular (Ages 3-6)
This program introduces boys and girls to a variety of sports and free swim activities. Sport games and drills work on hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and the practice of specific sport skills. After the sport portions of class, children will change into their bathing suits and spend time in our heated Teaching and Therapy Pool. Instructors will be in the water with the children to play water games.
Class size limited to 8.

T-Ball (Ages 3-6)
This class introduces the fundamentals of baseball.
The children will learn the proper techniques of throwing, catching, fielding, and hitting. While all this is going on they will understand teamwork and will be in a fun environment.

Biddy Basketball (Ages 3-6)
This class is designed to teach the basics of basketball. Participants learn to dribble, shoot, pass and understand the rules of the game. Each class focuses on a specific skill and, towards the end of the season, gives participants the opportunity to use those skills in a game-like setting.

Biddy Soccer (Ages 3-6)
This class introduces the participants to the basic soccer techniques. The participants will learn to dribble, pass, shoot, trap and be able to understand
when to use the different kinds of passes. The class will focus on specific skills taught that day and they will be implemented at the end of class with a game-like setting.

Flag Football (Ages 7 -11)
This is a recreational flag football program designed for youngsters to have fun while learning sportsmanship.
The class focuses on techniques of throwing, catching and understanding plays and running and throwing patterns. They will learn all this and execute what they have learned in a game.

Youth Racquetball (Ages 7 and up)
This class is an introduction to the basic skills of racquetball in a non-competitive atmosphere. Participants will learn how to serve, volley, ball placement, and strike the ball correctly, as well as understand the rules of the game. Each class will involve skills and incorporate them into a game.

Floor Hockey (Ages 6 - 10)
Experience the fast-paced action of the NHL - without the skates! Here participants will learn to pass, shoot and work on their goalie skills at the same time work on teamwork and good sportsmanship. The class will focus on the skills needed and implement them into a game.

Youth Fitness and Sports Program
for Boys and Girls
Starting October 25, join us for a 7-week
Fitness and Sports Program
for boys and girls, 6th-8th grades!!
During this program we will focus on developing the skills needed to participate in active sports and on building a strong over-all fitness foundation.
This program will meet during after school hours twice per week.

On day one, we will focus on building sport specific skills.
-
On day two, we will break into teams and practice these skills in game-like situations.
Every week or two we will highlight skills and drills that target a different sport.
There will be sweat! But this program is intended to provide a fun, active, developmentally sound fitness and sport program for participants of any fitness or skill level.
