From day one I have been challenged and by the end of the 45 minutes, which flies by, I have been drenched in sweat and a feeling of accomplishment. Our trainer Lisa knows just when to push and when someone needs a modification. I am just finishing up my third session and feel I have improved my overall health and toned up. Personalized Attention

"After a few years of taking classes and attempting solo workouts, I began small group training in March. I found that working in a small group was more motivating than in a class because the attention was personalized, I knew the coach would keep me from getting hurt, and there was no room to "fake it." However, it was less intimidating than the idea of working out alone. I enjoyed the camaraderie and have  have made friends who I can work out with. I have also become more confident in doing my own solo workouts using techniques I learned in the group." - J. Lopez
