Our certified trainers know how to help you succeed with your health and wellness goals. Starting with a personal consultation and fitness assessment (free with your membership), we will create a plan that works for you, whether you’re a working professional, new mom, athlete or active older adult. To ensure you are staying motivated and on track with your fitness goals, you will also receive a 3-month follow up personal training session.

Not sure if you want to commit to a personal trainer? We’ve put together a “Jumpstart” program for new clients at a terrific value to help you get started on your path to reaching your fitness goals! Your trainer will assess your current fitness levels for cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, core strength and flexibility. Then, together with your personal trainer, you will build a fitness program which best builds on your fitness strengths and addresses your relative weaknesses. No more generic, carbon copy exercise routines for you!

The best way to get started and to reach your individual fitness goals is to work with one of our knowledgeable personal trainers. They will help you assess your current fitness level, set and achieve your individual goals and move through fitness plateaus and stuck points. Invest in your fitness! Whether you’re new to fitness or you’re experienced and are looking for a challenge, our personal trainers will design training programs just for you, and will work with you one-on-one to maximize results.
Teen Strength Clinic
This program focuses on using machines & free weights the proper way. 60-minute sessions focus on 1-2 muscle groups each day; session are led by a certified personal trainer. Ages 13+.
COMING SOON!!! Small Group Training
Join certified personal trainers and 4-8 fellow participants in an 8-week program designed to challenge, and gradually advance a specific fitness skill or goal. Enjoy more personalized instruction, with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost.
