The Wallingford Family YMCA offers more than 100 fitness classes per week, including 15 classes just for active older adults. Whether you’re looking for yoga or Spinning or Zumba, we’ve got it.And they’re all FREE** with your YMCA membership. Class Descriptions

Shotokan Karate

Traditional Japanese Karate with focus on balance, coordination, endurance and strength. Small class size ensures personalized instruction. All abilities are welcome. Class is for ages 10 and up.

Krav Maga

EASY TO LEARN – REALISTIC – PRACTICAL

No previous experience is necessary, open to males and females 15 years old and up. You will get a workout in this program. Flexible punch cards allow students to generate their own schedule and come as often as they are able.  Mandatory equipment purchase of $65 includes grappling gloves and forearm guards for student safety.
