West Side Class Descriptions

Les Mills BODYPUMP Weight training workout using barbells with adjustable weights set to motivating music. An athletic workout that strengthens and defines every muscle group…beginner to experienced participant will be challenged.

Cardio Rhythm A fun cardio class with a beat to make working out a blast. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

CORE de FORCE Mixed martial arts workout designed to slash inches off your waist and transform your entire body. Every second works your core 360 degrees to help tighten your mid section fast.

CORE Xpress Get a 1-2 jump on your workout using this express, 30 minute core workout. Core Xpress focuses on technique, alignment and strengthening to give you improved ab strength and definition.

P90X A total body strength and cardio class that incorporates personal training and functional training. Rock out to hardcore music and give it your all as you encourage each other to get in the best shape of your lives!

Krav Maga One of the best self-defense systems available today. This class provides a great cardio workout while you learn how to defend yourself from potential attacks and situations. Additional fee applies.

Low Impact Cardio Fit Keep your heart pumping and the calories burning with 60 minutes of non-stop action! Weights, resistance bands and core work may be incorporated.

Low Impact Mix-Up Get your low-impact cardio workout with a fun twist! It’s a different class each week with tons of variety.
