Our variety of classes are designed with you in mind. Find the one that fits your needs. Water is the perfect way to get back into exercise, to rehab joints, to maintain
flexibility, and to have a good time and meet new friends! Teens are welcome.
Members: Free
Program Members: $10/class (buy a guest pass)

1 class per week: $55 for each 7 week session
2 classes per week: $85 for each 7 week session
3 classes per week: $95 for each 7 week session
"Not Your Grandmother's Water Aerobics Class!"
High energy water aerobics classes designed to
improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat,
increase strength and endurance, improve flexibility,
range of motion and balance.
Classes
feature the use of resistance training tools, such as
water buoys, noodles and resistance tubing.
There are shallow and deep water workouts and
fun Friday water volleyball. These classes are
meant to complement your fitness workouts at
the Wallingford Family YMCA Try it, you'll
like it!! Take the water aerobics challenge!
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 10:30-11:30 am
Aqua Fit
A total body workout. Includes cardiovascular fitness exercises. Abdominal exercises for core conditioning, shallow water strength training and flexibility
exercises.
All levels welcome.
Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30 – 11:30 am
Aqua Combo
Uses a variety of group work and stations
to create a workout as intense as you want, in our Teaching and Therapy Pool.
Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:30 pm. Limit 12. Registration required.
