
Our variety of classes is designed with you in mind- find the one that fits your needs. Water is the perfect way to get back into exercise, to rehab joints, to maintain flexibility and to have a good time and meet new friends! Teens are welcome.
Members: Free
Community Participants: $10/class (buy guest day pass) or may use the Fitness Class pass.
Aqua Fitness Classes:
"Not Your Grandmother's Water Aerobics Class!"
High energy water aerobics classes designed to improve cardiovas- cular fitness, burn fat, increase strength and endurance, improve flexibility, range of motion and balance.
Classes feature: use of resistance training tools, such as water buoys, noodles and resistance tubing. There are shallow and deep water workouts and fun Friday water volleyball. These classes are
meant to complement your fitness workouts at

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 10:30-11:30 am
Aqua Combo
Uses a variety of group work and stations to create a workout as intense as you want. Class is held in our teaching and therapy pool.
Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
Limit 12. Registration required.

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.
Tuesday & Thursday, 10:30-11:15 am
followed by an optional deep water stretching segment, 11:15- 11:30 am. |
